Sign-in problems
Password resets, confirmation emails and Google sign-in.
Reset your password
- Choose Sign in, then the forgotten password link.
- Enter the email address on your account.
- Follow the emailed link and set a new password.
Passwords are checked against known breached password lists, so a very common password will be refused. Use something long and unique.
Google sign-in
If you created your account with Google, keep using Google — there is no password to reset. To add a password instead, sign in with Google first and set one in Profile settings.
