Getting paid and plans
Your plan and billing
See what you pay, when it renews, change plan or update your card.
Where to look
- Settings → Billing: what you are paying, when it next renews, and a link to manage the payment itself.
- Settings → Services & Plans: compare the tiers and move up or down.
- Settings → Payments: connecting your own account so readers can pay you — that is separate from what you pay us.
Changing or cancelling
Upgrades take effect immediately. Cancelling or moving down leaves your current plan running until the end of the period you have paid for, then your limits change to the new plan. Nothing you have already published is deleted, but anything over the new plan's limits becomes read-only until you are back within them.
Invoices and card details
Use the manage-billing link in Settings → Billing to update your card, change the billing address, or download past invoices.
Common questions
- I upgraded but my new limits have not appeared.
- Reload the Studio a moment after paying. If the plan still looks the same after a few minutes, contact us through the help centre with the date and amount.
